By Subway: IRT (#4) to Mosholu Parkway Station. Walk south on East Mosholu Pkwy to Van Cortlandt Avenue East - turn left - walk to Bainbridge Avenue.
IND (D train): to 205th Street Station (last stop). Walk north on Bainbridge Avenue.
From Albany by car: Taconic Pkwy South to Sprain Brook Pkwy. to Bronx River Pkwy. to Gun Hill Road exit (exit #9) - turn right onto Gun Hill Road go to Bainbridge Avenue and turn left - follow Bainbridge Avenue to Reservoir Oval East - turn left.
From Long Island by car: Long Island Expressway to Cross Island Pkwy. (north) - cross over Whitestone Bridge to Cross Bronx Expressway (Route 95 West) - to Bronx River Pkwy. (north) to Gun Hill Road exit - turn left onto Gun Hill Road - go to Bainbridge Avenue and turn left - follow Bainbridge Ave to Reservoir Oval East - turn left.
From New Jersey by car: George Washington Bridge to Cross Bronx Expressway to Major Deegan (north) to 233rd Street East - before light make right to Jerome Ave. Proceed South on Jerome Avenue for one-half mile. Road forks (Jerome and Bainbridge Avenue). Bear left onto Bainbridge Avenue - continue south to Reservoir Oval East – turn left.
From Manhattan by car: West Side Highway to Henry Hudson Parkway to Mosholu Parkway to Van Cortlandt Avenue East - turn left - go to Bainbridge Ave.
From Westchester by car: New York State Thruway (south) to 233rd Street exit. Proceed south on Jerome Avenue for one-half mile. Road forks (Jerome and Bainbridge Avenue). Bear left onto Bainbridge Avenue - continue south to Reservoir Oval East - turn left.
Bronx River Parkway (south) to Gun Hill Road exit - turn right onto Gun Hill Road - go to Bainbridge Avenue and turn left - follow Bainbridge Avenue to Reservoir Oval East - turn left.
Saw Mill River Pkwy (south) to Mosholu Pkwy. exit. Go straight on Mosholu Pkwy. to Van Cortlandt Avenue East - turn left - go to Bainbridge Avenue.
Sprain Brook Pkwy to Bronx River Pkwy to Gun Hill Road exit - turn right onto Gun Hill Road. go to Bainbridge Avenue and turn left - follow Bainbridge Avenue to Reservoir Oval East - turn left.
Bronx Bus Stops: The Bronx buses that stop on Bainbridge Avenue and 210th Street. (or Reservoir Oval East) are the BX10, BX16, BX28, BX30, BX34 and BX38
PARKING
Parking is available in the indoor parking garage across the street from the Montefiore Medical Center on East 210th Street.
You may park in the rear entrance of the STD Center — but you must adhere to the alternate street side parking regulations which are as follows:
No Parking 11:30am - 1:00pm Mon & Thurs - Right side
No Parking 11:30am - 1:00pm Tues & Fri - Left side
