Quality Outcomes

Our Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility shares information with a National Database of facilities that provide Acute Rehabilitation. Patient outcomes are compared to both regional and national standards (benchmarks.) This allows opportunities for improvement. Some of the outcomes we follow include:

• Falls while admitted to Acute Rehabilitation
• How many of our patients discharged directly to community
• Infection rates for catheters and central lines
