Breast Cancer

Leslie Montgomery, M.D., chief, Division of Breast Surgery, and director, Breast Service, Montefiore Einstein Center for Cancer Care, and B.O.L.D. Buddy Denise Mack discuss breast cancer disparities and barriers to completing care in this nationally syndicated television show. The B.O.L.D. program is then highlighted as a MECCC program that helps Montefiore cancer patients successfully get through their treatments. Our Treatment Relief Fund is also noted for providing funds for patients who might struggle with expenses like paying for a babysitter or cab fare, so they can get to their medical appointments.
