Nomination Criteria

1. The Individual HR STAR Award will be given to an HR Associate who achieves excellence beyond normal performance expectations, exemplifying the HR Mission, Vision and Guiding Principles.
2. The Team HR STAR Award will be given to a group of HR Associates who, through outstanding teamwork, exemplifies the HR Mission, Vision and Guiding Principles. Special consideration will be given to HR associates who partner across functional groups to accomplish a project, task, initiative or innovation.
3. The nomination form will require a specific example of how the nominee(s) demonstrates the HR Mission, Vision and Guiding Principles.
4. In order to be considered, all nominees must be endorsed by their respective Vice Presidents.
5. The nomination period starts January 23^rd and runs until February 10^th.
