Prescriber Restrictions

What Montefiore restrictions are there for who may write a prescription to be filled in at a Montefiore Pharmacy.

House staff officers, residents, fellows and physician assistants are employed by the Medical Center and practice medicine at Montefiore under the auspices of the rules set by the Office of the Medical Director. Therefore, prescriptions written by house staff officers, residents, fellows and physician assistants may only be written for active patients of the Medical Center.
