The Montefiore-Einstein Comprehensive Center for Stroke Care is the first CSC from Northern Manhattan to Westchester, and all the way up to Albany

Montefiore-Einstein earned its certification as a Comprehensive Stroke Center by providing state-of-the-art care for the full range of neurovascular conditions while following the latest treatment guidelines, supported by the latest technology. A multidisciplinary team of two neurosurgeons and two interventional doctors is on call 24/7 to perform triage and treat patients as quickly and safely as possible. Montefiore-Einstein is one of only about 160 such facilities nationwide.
