The Isabelle Rapin Division of Child Neurology

Dr. Rapin was a life-long faculty member at Einstein and a founding member of both the Child Neurology Society and the International Child Neurology Association. Her many accomplishments in the scientific realm reflect her lifelong passion for science and her singular dedication to alleviating the suffering of patients and families often stigmatized by disorders of unknown provenance and unusual behaviors.

Montefiore Einstein is seeking partners to invest in our newly-named Isabelle Rapin Division of Child Neurology to continue her work of uncovering the underlying etiologies and developing new treatment strategies for pediatric neurological diseases and to improve health outcomes. Our goal is to provide interventions targeting the specific causes of each individual child with a neurological disease by creating sophisticated multidisciplinary programs in basic science, translational medicine, clinical research and comprehensive clinical care. We at Montefiore Einstein have pioneered the concept of neurological disorders across the lifespan by taking into account the availability of unique populations at Montefiore and breakthrough research at Einstein. By supporting the Isabelle Rapin Division of Child Neurology with philanthropy, your help will continue Dr. Rapin’s legacy of making a world of difference to children in need. We thank you in advance for your generous support.
