Para proveedores
The Montefiore Hudson Valley CEAD welcomes the participation of Hudson Valley providers who share its goal to expand access to high quality screening and diagnostic services for individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias and to connect them and their caregivers to support services.
Our clinical experts stand ready to offer providers the latest evidence-based tools and guidelines to help them assess and diagnose their patients and develop comprehensive care plans, and are available for consultations about difficult and complex cases and suggestions for specialty referrals if needed.
We also offer in-person and electronic training programs and grand rounds on a number of different topics and for a variety of clinical specialties.
The Montefiore-Einstein Center for the Aging Brain holds a monthly case conference from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month. The conferences, for which CME credits are available, are conducted electronically via Zoom. The upcoming schedule and connection information is available here.
