Biography: | Andrei Frost, MD, began his medical studies at the University of Bucharest, Romania, in 1973. In 1976 he immigrated to the U.S. and continued his studies at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, where he graduated with a medical degree in 1982. After conducting his internal medicine internship at St. Luke’s Hospital in New York in 1983 and his diagnostic radiology residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York in 1986, he completed a fellowship in interventional radiology and cross-sectional imaging at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. From 1987 to 1990 Dr. Frost was an associate in private practice (Messina, Liebeskind and Halpern, New York, NY). He then joined the Department of Radiology at Montefiore Medical Center (Weiler Division), where he continues to work in the Vascular and Interventional Section. |
