Dr. Courtney has conducted research on techniques used in minimally invasive, and partial knee replacement surgery, as well as the most current technologies used in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
Biography

After graduating from the Montefiore Medical Center's orthopaedic residency training program, Dr. Courtney attended the Insall-Scott-Kelly Institute for Adult Reconstruction and Sports Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital. During his training, he focused on individualized surgical and non-surgical treatments for sports injuries as well as novel techniques in treating knee and hip arthritis. Dr Courtney is currently using these techniques to offer personalized treatments, with the latest technologies, for his patients. Dr. Courtney is an active member of the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS)
