Title   Phase 2 Study of Thermodox as Adjuvant Therapy With Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) in Treatment of Colorectal Liver Metastases (CRLM) (ABLATE)
Disease/Condition   Colon, Colorectal and Rectal Cancer
Description   The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of Thermodox, a thermally sensitive liposomal doxorubicin, in combination with RFA, in the treatment of recurrent or refractory colorectal liver metastases compared to RFA monotherapy.

Eligibility Criteria   To be eligible for this study, patients must meet several criteria, including but not limited to the following:

* Patient must be 18 Years and older

* Patient must have a pathologic diagnosis of colorectal cancer

* Patient must be willing to return to the study site for study visits.
