Varicose and Spider Vein Treatments
Spider Veins are the small red, blue or purple veins that cluster on the thighs, calves and ankles, effecting people of all ages. Varicose Veins are gnarled, enlarged veins. While any vein can become varicose, they most frequently occur in the legs and feet.

Sclerotherapy injections are given in the office, without anesthesia as a treatment for both spider and small Varicose veins. A solution is injected into the vein, causing it to collapse and be absorbed into the body naturally. Normal activities may be resumed immediately after the procedure.
ENDOVENOUS LASER TREATMENT
This minimally-invasive procedure is performed under local anesthesia. Varicose veins are dissolved with heat, which causes them to be absorbed into the body. Patients wear compression stockings and bandages and rest for one day. Soreness, bruising and swelling is expected for up to two weeks.
This traditional approach to treatment for large, rope-like varicose veins removes the vein from the leg via small incisions in the leg. Bruising, numbness, swelling and inflammation is common after the procedure, but compression stockings minimize those side effects.
