Meet the Pulmonary Hypertension Team
We are committed to providing early diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care of patients with pulmonary hypertension. To do so, we offer a specialized, multi-disciplinary team approach with dedicated physicians, nurse practitioners, dieticians, exercise physiologists, research analysts and social workers working together to maximize your wellbeing.
We also collaborate with a number of other specialists at Montefiore and CHAM, including pulmonologists, cardiologists and other clinicians.
