Information for Providers

The Montefiore Hudson Valley CEAD welcomes the participation of clinicians who share our goal of expanding access to high quality screening and diagnostic services for individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias.

Our experts can provide information about the latest evidence-based tools and guidelines to help you assess and diagnose your patients and develop comprehensive care plans. They are also available for consultations about difficult and complex cases.

The CEAD also offers in-person and electronic training programs and grand rounds on a number of different topics for a variety of clinical specialties.

For information about the CEAD’s services, training opportunities and screening tools and clinical guidelines, or to request a consultation about a patient, call Montefiore’s Center for the Aging Brain: 914-375-4880.

The CAB holds periodic case conferences via Zoom, for which CME credits are available. The current schedule is available here. If you are interested in participating, call the Center for the Aging Brain at 914-375-4880 for the link.

Dr. Jessica Zwerling, the project director of the CEAD, and several other CEAD clinicians have been featured in Public Health Live clinical education programs produced by the Center for Public Health Continuing Education (CPHCE) of the School of Public Health at the State University at Albany:
