DERMAL FILLERS
Dermal fillers are manufactured substances that are injected into the skin to plump lips and cheeks, fill wrinkles, restore volume and improve the look of pitted scarring. They can also be used to recreate a youthful appearance of the hands. Mild side effects include redness; swelling and bruising; most improve within hours or at most, days.
BOTOX AND XEOMIN
Both of these Injectable products—used to improve the appearance of wrinkles in the forehead and around the eyes—result in a rejuvenated appearance. They can be used with dermal fillers for improved results. Recovery is fast and results last for two to five months.
AUTOLOGOUS FAT GRAFTING
This long-lasting surgical treatment involves the transfer of fat from other areas of the body to the face, like the lips; jaw line; and temples. Some fat may not survive the transition; small touch ups may be needed. The treatment is often done with face lifts or eyelid surgery.
