New Corporate Device

**Before beginning this process, it is recommended that you upgrade to the latest operating system and that your device be fully charged**

Please note that depending on your specific OS, Model and Brand of Phone - the steps outlined below may vary.

  1. When you first turn on your new Corporate Iphone you should choose to use Cellular Data.
  2. You will see a MaaS360 screen pop up

     
    1. Enter your Network User Name and password
    2. Select Corporate for Device Ownership
    3. Click Continue
  3. Click Continue on the Configure screen
  4. Check the I have read and accepted the terms and click Continue
  5. Check the I have read and accepted the terms for the usage policy and click Continue
  6. Click Continue on the Download & Install Profile screen
  7. Click Install on the Install Profile screen
  8. You will be asked to create a complex passcode.  Click Done when complete.

    Password must include:
    1. At least one capital letter
    2. At least on number
    3. At least on special character
  9. Click Install
  10. Click Install on the Warning screen
  11. Click Trust on the pop-up box
  12. Click Install on the Install Prompt
  13. If you DO NOT have an Apple ID Create an Apple ID
  14. Enter your Password
    **Note you will be asked multiple to enter in your password. This is for each of the apps being downloaded. You may be prompted for a thumbprint**
  15. Click Done when you see the Profile Installed screen
  16. You will see Install Apps Screen

     
    1. If you do not have a passcode you will be prompted to create one
      1. At least one capital letter
      2. At least on number
      3. At least on special character
  17. Click the Home button on your device
  18. Click on the MaaS360 Icon
  19. Click OK to accept MaaS360 Notifications
  20. Look for the MaaS360 icon on your home screen and click it 
    (this may not appear for a few minutes)
  21. Click on Email
  22. At the Configuration Screen, enter in your Montefiore Email address and Password and Click Configure
    **There is no need to input the domain. It's hidden, but pre-populated**
