Hotel-Style Hospitality Comes to Hospitals

Marcello Khattar, director, Patient Experience and Customer Service, Moses, details how we are making the hospital experience feel a little warmer, easier and more personal for our patients and their families. Aiming to mirror hotel experiences, steps taken that are improving the look and feel of our Moses lobby include overhauling the welcome desk, having staff wear identifiable jackets, expanding our art program and streamlining the options when calling our operator.
