HIV GRANT: Montefiore Health System and Albert Einstein College of Medicine have been awarded a $975,000 grant over three years to address HIV disparities in the Bronx, the Bronx based health system announced Wednesday. The grant was awarded by the city Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for its program to explore a secure text and video messaging platform meant to improve care and outcomes by keeping patients and providers closely connected.
