A Program for Every Problem: New York's Safety is Made Possible by the Very Inequality it Targets

Stephen Rosenthal, senior vice president, Population Health Management, and Deirdre Sekulic, LCSW, assistant director, Social Services, share why Montefiore’s progressive model of addressing social determinants of health, such as housing, helps people heal. Montefiore is also highlighted for having behavioral health practitioners and caseworkers at all of our primary care clinics to ensure the best care is delivered to people who need it.
