Dr. John McGinley is an Assistant Professor in Neurology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, as well as a Licensed Psychologist/Clinical Neuropsychologist in the Department of Neurology at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. McGinley completed his clinical psychology internship in adult and pediatrics at St. Charles Hospital and Rehabilitation Center on Long Island and earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Health Psychology at The Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University where he serves as an annual guest lecturer on the topics of Epilepsy and Symptom Validity Testing. Dr. McGinley is a member of Montefiore’s Epilepsy Management Center and now the Center for the Aging Brain. He serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Gerontology: Medical Sciences and mentors Ferkauf and Einstein students with submissions to national conferences.
