Damodara Rao Mendu, Ph.D., DABCC, Associate Director of Chemistry and Immunology, and Assistant Professor of Clinical Mass Spectrometry and Endocrinology, is a board certified Clinical Chemist by the American Board of Clinical Chemistry. Dr. Mendu received his PhD in Protein Biochemistry from Andhra University, India, followed by post-doctoral fellowships in Pediatrics at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Georgetown University Department of Pathology and National Institute on Drugs of Abuse. He also completed additional fellowship training in Laboratory Medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NY.
