Who We Serve:
Adults aged 18 years and older who have a substance use disorder, or who have a history of substance use and would like to prevent relapse.
Services Provided:
Individual & group counseling, Intensive and non-intensive treatment, Vivitrol® treatment, buprenorphine (Suboxone® ) treatment, Overdose Prevention Program (free services along with Narcan Kit) and mental health services including psychiatry and psychotherapy.
Exclusion Criteria:
Individuals in need of inpatient detoxification or rehabilitation services or who are unable to participate in group treatment.
Language Services:
English, Spanish.
