Jack D. Weiler Hospital (Einstein Campus) 1825 Eastchester Road, Bronx, NY 10461 Located on the 2nd floor, room number 2South-01
Montefiore Wakefield Hospital (Wakefield Campus) 600 East 233rd street, Bronx, NY, 10466 Located on the 1st floor (please ask security to guide you there is no room number for this location)
Westchester Square Campus 2475 St. Raymond Ave., Bronx, NY 10461 Located on the 2nd floor, room number 2-9
Moses Campus and Children’s Hospital at Montefiore 3411 Wayne Ave, Bronx, NY 10467 Located on the 6th floor
Montefiore Hutchinson Campus 1250 Waters Pl, Bronx, NY 10461 Located on the Main Lobby
