Montefiore's Child Life Department is the Beneficiary as Hyundai Hope on Wheels Program Observes Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

A check for $100,000 from the Hyundai Hope on Wheels Program was presented to The Children's   Hospital at Montefiore Child Life Program. Child Life provides a myriad of activities that make the hospital stays brighter for children with cancer. Hyundai Hope on Wheels is an effort to help programs for children with cancer at children's hospitals throughout the United States. The Sept. 24 presentation was particularly auspicious since September was National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
