Montefiore Einstein Center for Cancer Care's faculty is committed to providing patients with the newest treatments in cancer care. As 80 percent of the clinical trials in Montefiore's oncology department funnel through medical oncology, this division provides a great deal of leadership and clinical expertise in the most innovative research in cancer treatment and diagnosis.
In cooperation with our research partner, the National Cancer Institute – designated Albert Einstein Cancer Center, we are active in ongoing clinical trials sponsored by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and other agencies. Our team of medical oncologists, faculty and physicists are actively involved in multiple clinical studies. When applicable, we invite our patients to participate in our trials.
