In the first few months of 2022, we celebrated CRNA Week, Physician Anesthesiologists Week, Women in Medicine Day, Black History Month, and Lunar New Year. Each of these celebrations presents an opportunity for us to highlight the value in our professions as anesthesia providers and to recognize the importance of having a diverse team to strengthen our anesthesia practice, interdepartmental partnerships, and our role within the field of perioperative medicine.
