MMG West Farms Family Practice has been providing excellent healthcare services for adults and children at a convenient location on East Tremont Avenue for over a decade. With personal attention and a family-centered approach, we aim to meet all of the unique medical needs of our surrounding community. In addition to our physicians specializing in family medicine and obstetrics/gynecology, we have a nurse practitioner, nutritionist, social worker and psychotherapist available for consultation. Some of our unique specialty services include an asthma program where patients can learn to manage their condition and participate in a peer support group. We also provide HIV education, counseling and testing onsite. MMG West Farms Family Practice uses the most up-to-date computer technology for all medical records, allowing us to make your healthcare experience both pleasant and easy.
