Our Innovative Programs

Certified Home Health Agency provides professional care in the home during the recuperation period.

For patients who require skilled professional care.
For patients who are under the care of a physician who authorizes home care services.
Charges are usually covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance plans.

Long Term Home Health Care Program provides professional care at home to chronically ill patients who might otherwise require nursing home placement.

For patients who require ongoing skilled professional care.
For patients who are under the care of a physician who authorizes home care services.
Charges are covered by Medicaid.

TeleCare allows the frail and elderly to remain independent by providing around-the-clock access to emergency assistance from the home, through a small electronic pendant worn by the patient.

Some patients are eligible for this service through Medicaid.
Other patients may be required to pay a monthly fee.
