Maternal/Child Home Health Program

Our Maternal/Child Home Health Program assists new mothers and mothers-to-be and provides a wide range of services to infants and children.

Our Maternal/Child Health Program offers:

Prenatal care including counseling and educational sessions for women with high-risk pregnancies
Postnatal care for new mothers and infants
Care for children with special needs and chronic illnesses
Physical exams and weight assessments
Education sessions for family on topics such as nutrition, gastro-intestinal (GI) feeds and environmental factors that may affect your disease
Social work services
