Maternal/Child Home Health Program

Our Maternal/Child Home Health Program assists new mothers and mothers-to-be and provides a wide range of services to infants and children.

Our Maternal/Child Health Program offers:

• Prenatal care including counseling and educational sessions for women with high-risk pregnancies
• Postnatal care for new mothers and infants
• Care for children with special needs and chronic illnesses
• Physical exams and weight assessments
• Education sessions for family on topics such as nutrition, gastro-intestinal (GI) feeds and environmental factors that may affect your disease
• Social work services
