Travel Directions to the Montefiore Headache Center

 By Car

• From Manhattan & Brooklyn: Triborough Bridge to Bruckner Expressway northeast about 4 miles to Bronx River Parkway.•Bronx River Parkway north about 1.5 miles- exit 7E to Pelham Parkway northeast about 1/4 mile- right to Williams Bridge Road southeast about 1/2 mile- left to Eastchester Road - 1 block- left to Blondell Avenue, 1575.
• From Queens: Whitestone Bridge to Hutchinson River Pkwy; •Exit 2 (Tremont Avenue), left on Tremont 2-3 blocks.  Make right onto Blondell Ave. Or Throggs Neck Bridge to the New England thruway; exit at 8C (Pelham Pkwy West).  Proceed to second light (Eastchester Rd.) and turn left; proceed past the green glass building to Blondell Avenue.  Make right turn onto Blondell Ave.
• From Upstate NY & Westchester: NY Thruway to Cross Westchester Expressway or Cross County Parkway East to Hutchinson River Pkwy. South. (Caution: Do not take exit 15 (straight ahead) but bear right on the Hutchinson) On Hutchinson River Pkwy, Exit 2 (Westchester Avenue) (Tremont Avenue).  Turn Right onto Waters Place 0.4 miles.  Turn left onto Eastchester Road, 1 block, turn right onto Blondell Avenue - 1575.
• From New Jersey: George Washington Bridge to Cross Bronx Expressway east about 4 miles to Bronx River Parkway.  Bronx River Parkway north about 1.5 miles- exit 7E to Pelham Parkway northeast about 1/4 mile- right to Williams Bridge Road southeast about 1/2 mile- left to Eastchester Road - 1 block- left to Blondell Avenue, 1575.  

By Subway or Bus

• By Express Bus from Manhattan: The Morris Park Ave. Express Bus between Manhattan and the Bronx stops at the intersection of Morris Park Ave. and Eastchester Rd. You may walk southbound on Eastchester Rd to the building at the intersection of Blondell Ave or take the Morris Park Ave Bus (#21), or the Westchester Sq bus #(31) to Eastchester Rd to the building at the intersection of Blondell Ave Call New York Bus Service for fare and Schedule; (718)-994-5500. Exact fare is required.
• IRT East Side: 180th St. train or Dyre Ave train (#5) to East 180th St. Take Morris Park Ave bus (#21) to Eastchester Rd to the Building at the intersection of Blondell Ave.•
• IRT East Side:  Pelham Bay Train (#6) to Westchester Sq. Take the Morris Park bus (#21) to Eastchester Rd to the building at the intersection of Blondell Avenue or the Eastchester Rd bus (#31) to Eastchester Rd to the building at the intersection of Blondell Ave.
• IRT West Side: 241st St. White Plains Rd train (#2) to East 180th St. Take Morris Park Ave bus (#21) to Eastchester Rd to the building at the intersection of Blondell Ave.*
• IND 6th Ave Subway: 6th Ave train to Fordham Rd (Grand Concourse). Take City Island bus (#12) to Eastchester Rd. Transfer to Westchester Sq bus on Eastchester Road (#31) to the building at the intersection of Blondell Ave.
