From Queens: Whitestone Bridge to Hutchinson River Pkwy; •Exit 2 (Tremont Avenue), left on Tremont 2-3 blocks. Make right onto Blondell Ave. Or Throggs Neck Bridge to the New England thruway; exit at 8C (Pelham Pkwy West). Proceed to second light (Eastchester Rd.) and turn left; proceed past the green glass building to Blondell Avenue. Make right turn onto Blondell Ave.

(Caution: Do not take exit 15 (straight ahead) but bear right on the Hutchinson) On Hutchinson River Pkwy, Exit 2 (Westchester Avenue) (Tremont Avenue). Turn Right onto Waters Place 0.4 miles.
