The Division of Geriatrics at Montefiore Medical Center offers outstanding primary and consultative care for older adults. Our multi-disciplinary team of board-certified physicians — geriatricians — along with nurse practitioners, social workers, nurses and others, offer specialized diagnosis and treatment for the many chronic and acute health conditions facing older adults. We provide care in all settings, from the home to the hospital. Our dedicated physicians are all faculty members of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and strive to adopt the latest innovations into clinical practice.
