Resident and Staff Evaluations

Feedback is a key factor in our residency program. The resident receives an evaluation of his/her progress after each rotation, which the resident discusses with the preceptor of the rotation before it is sent to the Residency Coordinator. All residents are reviewed twice yearly by the entire staff. The semi-annual evaluations are reviewed with the resident by the Program Director.

Once yearly the residents anonymously evaluate the staff, with an emphasis on one-on-one at the view box and conference teaching, and other aspects of the program. The evaluations are reviewed by the chairman and the program director, who discuss the results individually with each division head and the chief of radiology at each hospital to provide feedback for enhancement of the training program.
