The following documents are mandatory to start your internship and should be submitted along with your other paperwork.
- Current Transcript
Must be an original mailed from your medical school to the House Staff Office. - Curriculum Vitae
- Must be current and updated.
- If you submitted one via ERAS please resubmit.
- Recommendation Letters
- Three are required.
- Must be within a year of contract start date.
