OHS will be open ALL DAY for clearances

Orientation begins

There will be a 1 hour lunch break.

Benefits & OSHA training are on this day.

Orientation will conclude.
Friday, June 27th
CIS Training - Different times throughout the day

Will be assigned into training groups
-
Your time will be emailed to you at the end of May 2007

Please keep the entire day open

You will have to check in and register with House Staff Office 30 minutes prior to your training.

Food & drinks will be available.

Taking of pictures for ID Badges will continue. **
-
If CLEARED BY OHS you will be able to pick up your ID Badge & DEA number.

Classes will be no more than 2 hours (probably about 1½ hour).
-
You will receive your CIS number once you have completed the training.
-
**Pictures for your ID Badges should be taken on Thursday, June 26th however it can be done from 7-3pm on Friday, June 27th
Please note: If you are not cleared by OHS or you do not have a valid Immigration VISA (J1, H1, EAC, TN, E3, etc.) you will not be able to receive the following:

ID Badges
-
CIS Number (even if you took the class)
-
DEA Number
-
Parking Pass
If you have already cleared, please bring a copy of your clearance form to orientation.
