Occupancy Standards
Apartments are assigned in accordance with the standards set forth below*:

Efficiency apartments(studios)
One to two persons. -
One bedroom apartments
Two to three persons -
Two bedroom apartments
No fewer than three persons, a brother and a sister who are both adults, or a parent or guardian with at least one child.
*Occupancy standards shall be applied without regard to the pending birth or pending adoption of a child.
*Housing cannot make exceptions to the above standards.
