Abdominal Imaging
We perform state-of-the-art CT and MRI of the abdomen and pelvis that encompass diseases involving the gastrointestinal and genitourinary tract including the liver and biliary system, pancreas, spleen, small and large bowel, kidneys, adrenal glands, bladder, male and female reproductive system and lymphatic system. Our imaging techniques also include evaluation of the abdominal aorta and its major branches. In addition to cross-sectional imaging studies, we perform the full range of diagnostic biopsies, aspirations and percutaneous drainage procedures on daily basis.
Our research focuses on CT angiography, oncology and genitourinary radiology.

Key Strengths
Our major strength lies in our dedicated staff represented by fellowship-trained, board-certified radiologists with experience and expertise in Body Imaging. In addition to standard applications of CT and MR imaging, we routinely use advanced techniques such as CT angiography for evaluation of aortic aneurysm, preoperative and postoperative imaging of endovascular grafts and noninvasive assessment of potential renal donors. Of the recently developed MR imaging studies, MR cholangiography, dynamic evaluation of hepatic, renal and pancreatic masses and MR angiography are all included in our standard diagnostic armamentarium.
Our equipment consists of two helical and one conventional CT scanners and two 1.5 Tesla MRI machines.
