Programs and Services

The Department of Nuclear Medicine offers services at three different locations in the Bronx providing convenience and comfort in modern facilities with state of the art equipment. In fact, we provide one of the highest technical levels of Nuclear Outpatient work in the New York area.

Weiler Division

To order a Nuclear Medicine procedure, the referring physician should call (718) 904-2923.

There are approximately 400 beds in the Weiler Division. The Department of Nuclear Medicine occupies over 5,000 square feet offering staff and patients ideal space and resources.

Moses Division

The Moses Division of the Montefiore Medical Center (approximately 800 beds) is the major voluntary teaching hospital affiliated with Albert Einstein College of Medicine. The Department of Nuclear Medicine at the Moses Division's modern facility of over 10,000 square feet facilitates a large working area and major new equipment.

This facility  performs outpatient nuclear medicine procedures including Positron Emission Tomography (PET/CT) scans. Located near the Weiler/Einstein Hospital Division of Montefiore Medical Center, the facility provides a convenient and comfortable atmosphere for outpatients.
