Using Our Services

In-patient consultations and outpatient consultations can be obtained by contacting the Palliative Care Service office at (718) 920-6378 or paging (917) 729-6232 between 9AM and 5PM.  On nights and weekends for urgent matters please call (718) 920-8282 and ask for the Palliative Care Service on-call provider.
