Frank Sosnowski, MS, is accountable for the overall planning, organizing, directing and implementing of pharmaceutical care services of the acute care hospital divisions (Moses, Einstein and Wakefield Campuses of Montefiore, The Children's Hospital at Montefiore and ambulatory pharmacy services of acute care). He has professional responsibility for the Advisory Board of the Home Health Agency, the Medical Ambulatory Groups (MMG) and the Montefiore contract management company; and he oversees the pharmacy activities of Ambulatory Oncology and the Specialty Pharmacy.
