Requirements for the OB-GYN Physician Assistant Residency Program

Applicants to our physician assistant residency program must:

  • Graduate from ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program NCCPA certification and New York State Licensure or eligible for NYS license.
  • Complete our application
  • Show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Submit a Curriculum vitae (Resume), personal statement, three letters of recommendation, a copy of PA program diploma/certificate, a copy of current CPR certification (we can help you obtain this if you are accepted and do not have it) and a copy of NY State License
  • Sit for an on-site interview

Applications are accepted every January and February. Once your completed application is received, you will be contacted to schedule an interview.
