Controversies Problems and Techniques in Surgery

29th Annual Meeting
December 13-15, 2012

29th Annual NY Controversies, Problems and Techniques in Surgery

Dear Colleague,

Thank you for joining us for this year’s 29th Annual Controversies, Problems & Techniques in Surgery. We are thrilled to have you with us in New York City during this special time of year.

For the past 28 years, this surgical symposium has provided a medium where healthcare professionals can hear expert opinions on what constitutes best-practices in surgical techniques and patient care. Year after year, physicians have shared with us that this meeting is very informative, and has helped them implement changes in their practices that have positively affected patient outcomes.

We are pleased to offer a special Postgraduate Course at Montefiore Medical Center, on Thursday, December 14, entitled “Single Incision Laparoscopic Surgery and Power Stapling.” This hands-on laboratory will allow physicians to practice techniques in a small group setting. The surgical symposium on Friday, December 15, and Saturday, December 16, will bring together experts in the management of breast, colorectal, thoracic and gastric cancers for dialogue and interchange with you on these important topics.

We hope that you enjoy this year’s program and find the lectures to be valuable and enlightening.

From all of the faculty and organizers, we thank you again and look forward to your attendance.

Best,
