Requires Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Management with minimum two years of recruitment and interviewing experience in healthcare with an emphasis on administrative support. Proficiency with MS Office required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as, strong consultative skills with the ability to understand the needs and urgency of assigned customer base. Candidate will recruit, interview, and select qualified applicants, develop advertising strategies for area of responsibility, act as a consultant to department heads, attend job fairs and on-campus recruitment events, prepare metric reports and participate in projects as needed.
