Administrative Support

MANAGER MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION

Two year college degree required with 5+ years supervisory experience in a progressive Materials Distribution environment with a strong customer service focus. Ensure proper staffing and demonstrate advanced managerial and leadership skills. Work with staff to promote good Materials Management techniques. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with existing and future requirements. Strong computer knowledge of Shipping and Receiving programs, Windows software, and SAP a plus.

SECRETARY

High School Diploma or equivalent with medical terminology and Microsoft Office experience required. Must have excellent clerical, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a busy office and type 55 Â-65 wpm. Responsibilities include typing, answering telephones, scheduling appointments and general secretarial functions.

RECEPTIONIST/UNIT SECRETARY

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Responsibilities include answering a heavy volume of calls, scheduling patients, filing and general clerical duties. Must be able to work under pressure. Previous experience preferred.

FILE CLERK

Requires High School Diploma or equivalent with minimum one year of file room experience and a valid NYS Driver's License. Responsibilities include filing and maintaining of all payment batches, charges, and rejections. Prioritizes assignments and organizes functions to ensure effective department operation. Provide coverage for department messenger. Previous hospital experience preferred.

BUSINESS ASSOCIATE

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Completion of Business Associate training program. Knowledge of keyboarding, basic computer skills and medical terminology. Excellent interpersonal skills. Responsible for the business aspects of a patient's stay, as well as a patient focused care which include pre-admitting and admitting, maintaining census information, chart maintenance and completion, scheduling, OR/procedure booking, performing unit reception duties, and other duties as needed. Previous experience preferred.

PATIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

High School Diploma or equivalent and IDX registration and scheduling experience required. Excellent clerical, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a high volume area and answer a heavy volume of telephone calls.

CLERK TYPIST

High School graduate or equivalent required. Training in PC based automated word processing systems and ability to type 35 wpm. Excellent clerical, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a high volume area and answer a heavy volume of telephone calls.
