Screening Schedules and Programs

Through free cancer screenings and various cancer prevention programs, Montefiore Einstein Center for Cancer Care strives to educate the community on cancer prevention and wellness.

Oral Cavity Cancer Screenings

Early warning signs of oral cavity cancer include a growth or mass in the mouth; bleeding from the mouth; ulcers in the mouth or on the tongue. People with a history or alcohol or tobacco use are most at risk. However, oral cancer does not disciminate against age, gender or race. Routine screenings are key in detecting this disease. The Montefiore Einstein Center for Cancer Care  is hosting a screening:

BOLD: Bronx Oncology Living Daily - Program Events

Bronx Oncology Living Daily (BOLD) is a free program of wellness workshops designed to enhance the health & well-being of those affected by cancer in the Bronx community.

The program is funded by the EIF-Run/Walk for Women & the Yankee Stadium Community Benefits Fund, Inc. and sponsored by the Psychosocial Oncology Program.

BOLD is hosting events in March at:
