Cardiac Rehabilitation Program

Recovery from a cardiovascular event such as heart attack, angioplasty, bypass or heart valve surgery begins while the individual is hospitalized and continues even after hospital discharge.  One of most valuable benefits of our Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation is a vast improvement in overall quality of life. Many of our patients graduate from our cardiac program feeling better and stronger, and with a renewed sense of control and well-being.

Our Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is designed specifically to meet the needs of heart patients who need a comprehensive, structured and carefully monitored approach to aid in recovery. Outpatient Cardiac Program

The program generally includes 36 sessions over the course of three months, with three sessions weekly.  Both a physician, who is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has extensive training in internal medicine and cardiology, and an exercise physiologist closely monitors all sessions. Together, we provide a long-term maintenance program designed to help you:

State of the Art Technology and Comprehensive Support

Our team utilizes state-of–the-art monitoring and exercise equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, rowers and other specialized machines to exercise the whole body to achieve overall conditioning and optimize recovery.
